Meals
All meals are provided and cooked in-house in the commercial kitchen leaving you free to focus on your workshop. Tea/coffee is complementary. You will need to provide your own alcohol (no liquor licence) and any other drinks you may like for the duration of your stay.
Participants will be asked about any dietary requirements in the application form, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Meals vary from week to week. The menu for the following day will be on display on the notice board (at the Centre) so that you will be able to ask any questions or raise any concerns throughout your stay. Your comfort is our main priority and with a fully stocked pantry, we are well equipped to work with you to ensure your dietary needs are meet.
